The boy’s birthday in Brazil
Hi guys,
The holidays have been so relaxing that I don’t seem to manage to spend as much time online as I do in London (I wonder why!). Anyway here are some pics from Tomás’ 2nd birthday on the 17th.
Saturday in Solihull
Well last Friday we headed up to see the Hawkswoods in good old Solihull and on Saturday morning we were treated to a little trip to the park. Here’s the video evidence:
New bed – New Photos & Video
A couple of weeks ago we bought Tomás a new bed as his cot was getting a bit too small for him. I guess the pics above give you an indication of how he has adapted to the new bed.
I’ve also added a little video of me playing with him (please excuse the super sweaty shirt as I had literally just arrived after cycling back from work)

On the 26th May we organised a B-B-Q at our place. The weather wasn’t great to say the least but the gazebo, the shower caps and the food really made it a success! Thanks to Liz & her firelighters 🙂
What did we do Bank Holiday Weekend?
A week before the Salvador concert Tomás, Liz & I headed up to see Dave & Sarah in Durham (North East). I took the friday off and we flew up on Thursday evening – needless to say it was a great time had by all.
On Saturday Dave & I did some Kite buggying in the morning (no photos I’m afraid) and in the afternoon we headed to Hadrian’s wall. Check out the pics below.
Pentecost Festival – Salvador Concert
Both Liz & I are big fans of this band called Salvador and finally they come to London for the 1st time ever! Here’s a video I found on YouTube – all I can say is that it was probably the best gig I’ve ever been to in my entire life.
After the concert we had a coffee and on the way to the tube station, guess who we saw in the street – the Salvador boys. Check out the pic below:

Happy New Year! Feliz Ano Nuevo!
Well the New Year is finally upon us and some of us had to return to work yesterday. I have to admit that it’s been a nice break with xmas in Solihull & a very quiet New Year here in London. Not to forget a little bit of DIY also – not too much though. So what have we been up to I hear you say? Well, in November we had the privilege of going to see Delirious at a small intimate gig in Mayfair.
Tomás as always is growing up to be a right little star with lots of energy all the time & now walking around everywhere. He continues to be a very happy baby as you can see below:
And then as you know Christmas we spent in Solihull and New Year together with Andi & Cheryl (fancy dress-check out the photos).
